Is Writing the Optional Essay a Bad Idea?

Is Writing the Optional Essay a Bad Idea?Is writing the optional essay a bad idea? The answer to this question will vary from one student to another depending on their personal experience with it.This is an important part of the course. One of the most common and popular forms of tests that we find in schools nowadays, and online as well, is the test that asks students to write essays. This test can be either used in a school or an educational institute, both for school and at home or online. It is for students who want to earn an independent degree or a college degree but do not have enough time and energy for this. The reason for this, of course, is that writing it takes great lengths of time and energy. An additional reason that some people might not realize is that this can give students a lot of anxiety. It is advisable for teachers to let students know beforehand the purpose of the test and that they are free to choose the topic that best fits them.In addition, there are other r easons why doing this test would not be advisable. Some students may feel that it would be less enjoyable to do the writing than to listen to their classmates and experts do. This is not the case in reality. Aside from the fact that it is easy to do the writing, listening to others and working at your own pace is one of the greatest perks of this test.At the same time, one should understand that the writing can be done by many students in great lengths of time. In fact, a lot of students can finish it in one or two days. This can also make the essay easier to read compared to others who had to put a lot of thought and effort into it. If the test itself is easy, then how is the reading?I think this is where the question arises; is writing the optional essay a bad idea? Is it only appropriate for children? On a personal note, I personally have never thought that it was a bad idea. Of course, I am not just talking about the student.I am talking about the writer as well. I am also sure that if you ask the students, they would tell you differently. This is because some writers have always preferred writing to listening. I personally think that this is what the writer should do.
